I run Sales Studios, a marketing agency. I’ve built AI, CRM and automation systems for our clients. Now I help other agencies improve their own operations and deliver similar solutions for theirs.

Sales total supplied by Sales Studios across client engagements. Annual time estimate: Connection Student’s reported 35 hours saved per week × 52 weeks, assuming that saving continues year-round. This is an annualised estimate for one workflow, not a measured total across all clients. Inquiry volume is a historical reported result.
Two ways I can help
Explore reporting, onboarding, production processes, internal administration and handoffs. Start with the work that repeatedly takes time from your team.
See internal examplesBring a brief for AI reception, lead follow-up, CRM integrations, document collection or payment workflows. I can help turn it into a practical delivery scope.
Explore client projectsI can advise your agency, work alongside your team or scope technical implementation for a client project. We’ll agree the agency relationship, who communicates with the client, responsibilities and delivery scope upfront.
Three projects. Three transferable capabilities.
These are projects I delivered through Sales Studios for its clients. Each shows a different way that experience could support your agency or a client brief.
International education & migration services
Enquiries, consultations, documents and payments all create work for a service team. Connection Student’s operations included approximately 70 spreadsheets, making consolidation and connected handoffs a practical priority.
Through Sales Studios, I worked on the transition into Monday and a connected CRM environment, alongside consultation notifications, document requests, payment communications and operational reporting.
Simplified workflow explanation
Capture the enquiry and pass booking information into the team’s workflow.
Request client documents, prepare receipt emails and route payment information.
Surface tasks, recorded expiry dates and follow-up needs for the team.
Staff provide consultations, manage client cases and act on tasks and exceptions. The workflows support administration; they do not replace professional advice.
A staged live migration was reported in February 2026. The June register documents 27 workflow entries, including reminder intervals and versions, rather than 27 independently deployed systems. A consolidated consultation knowledge base and two audit reports were also delivered.
A documented set of connected workflow assets and a staged move away from spreadsheet-based administration. Staff time saved and end-to-end deployment are not quantified.
For your agency: connect onboarding, document requests and delivery handoffs. For your clients: bring the same process thinking to a service business with several systems and teams.
Automotive servicing & mechanical repairs
Workshop callers need help with service requests, existing quotes and work in progress. Some are more comfortable speaking Portuguese, and appointment requests need to reach the service manager.
I configured and refined Mia’s English and Portuguese reception flows, enquiry classification, contact and vehicle capture, and human transfer paths. Daily conversation reporting adds a way to review what actually happened.
Simplified workflow explanation
Identify the language and whether the caller needs a quote, a service request or a person.
Collect the required details, send a booking request or transfer the enquiry.
Staff confirm bookings externally and review conversation findings.
The service manager confirms appointments in the external workshop system. Mia captures booking requests; it does not book directly into a live workshop calendar. Staff handle transfers and follow-up.
Actual calls and a delivered daily report support use. The 14 September 2026 review covered five conversations, six Voice AI calls and one human call. It identified repeat calls and unconfirmed transfers for attention.
Bilingual call handling and a practical review loop are evidenced. Additional workshop-to-CRM sync runs are documented in the explorer. Incremental bookings and conversion uplift have not been established.
For your clients: offer enquiry capture and routing with an explicit human handoff. For your agency: use conversation review as part of service quality and ongoing optimisation.
Furniture & interiors
Supplier catalogues had to become a consistent Kingdom Living presentation, with the right products, categories, naming and imagery. Each revision also needed careful layout and product checks.
I used AI-assisted production to rebrand and restructure catalogues, curate pages and products, revise names and check exports. I captured the brand, classification and quality rules in a reusable production skill.
Simplified workflow explanation
Select products and source imagery, organise categories and remove unwanted material.
Rework names, covers, contact details and page structure.
Check product accuracy and layouts, then export the branded catalogue.
Product details, image suitability and final page layouts remain subject to review. Unsuitable generated furniture was removed during experiments. This is AI-assisted production, not an autonomous publishing system.
Multiple catalogue deliverables and revisions are recorded. The reviewed Cabinetry & Storage edition has 23 pages. A reusable Kingdom Living production skill is also documented.
Branded catalogue assets and repeatable production instructions were delivered. Production time saved has not been measured.
For your agency: turn recurring content or design work into a repeatable process with brand rules and approval checks. For your clients: reuse that process for catalogues and other product documents.
More ways this experience applies

Reported results · November 2025
Historical reported results, not independently audited. Annual contract value is not cash collected. The earlier seven-day lead claim belongs to a separate period.
Explore UpflowyI worked on prospect research, segmented outreach and CRM reply handling within an agency service relationship associated with Compound Growth. The experience is relevant to agencies connecting campaign delivery with their client’s follow-up process.
The prepared working set contained 1,038 unique emails. That describes database size, not sales leads generated. No white-label arrangement is claimed.

Earlier case study / Service business
Turning personal follow-up into a connected customer journey.
Samuele had an engaged audience. People responded to his content and asked about working with him, but each inquiry needed his personal attention.
Answering messages, following up and moving prospects towards a conversation depended on manual effort. Interested people could disappear if they were not ready to buy immediately.
The opportunity was to connect those steps so the audience he had already built could move through a consistent process.
Reported project outcomes
Without increasing content output or ad spend.
Historical claims from the original case study; supporting measurement records were not available in the catalogue. These are not independently verified figures or a forecast for your agency.
What was put in place
A lead magnet, DM automation and email sequences captured inquiries and nurtured interest without each interaction needing a personal reply.
An application filter, booking system and pre-call video helped qualify prospects and prepare them for the conversation.
Past-buyer flows, cold-lead reactivation emails and upsell triggers created follow-up paths beyond the first inquiry.
“The system they built turned my audience into a consistent revenue stream. I kept creating content. Everything else ran without me.”
What this means for your agency
The transferable lesson is the connected workflow: clear inputs, repeatable steps and fewer manual handovers. For agency delivery, AI can help prepare drafts and flag issues within that process.
The examples alongside are proposed applications for your agency, not claims about AI used in the client projects on this page.
Turn approved briefs into drafts, check required details and route the work for review. Measure production time and revision rounds.
Bring supported data together, flag gaps and prepare commentary for review. Measure preparation time, corrections and on-time delivery.
Turn meeting decisions into structured briefs, tasks and approval steps. Measure missing inputs and time spent chasing clarification.
Your team validates accuracy, adds judgment and approves client-facing work.
More client work
Scheduling, inquiry handling, deal processing and follow-up. Each example starts with work that needed a more consistent way to get done.
Education
An inquiry workflow reduced response time from hours to under a minute. The published case also reports removing more than 35 hours of founder dependency per week.
Reduce time spent routing inquiries and responding to routine questions.
Professional services
Deal processing ran without manual intervention after the conversion workflow was installed, according to the original case.
Connect CRM stages, handovers and repeatable administrative steps.
Education
A qualification and booking pipeline replaced manual scheduling.

E-commerce

Make onboarding and follow-up more consistent across the customer journey.
Automotive
A capture and nurture workflow replaced manual follow-up and supported more consistent client engagement.

E-commerce

Figures are retained from the previous Sales Studios case-study page. It does not specify every measurement period, baseline or engagement definition, so the percentages should be read within each project rather than compared across clients. Results vary by process, workload and implementation.
